I have been on a feeding frenzy! Working 10 hour days. 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 or later. Then I drive home (1 hour commute). I do excellent at breakfast and lunch. When I get home at 7:30 or 8:00 p.m. I eat everything that does not have mold or hair!

Trying to maintain an early morning exercise schedule.

I feel tired most of the time.

May seek an afternoon appetite suppressant until these 10 hour days end. Even if the late day eating is merely psychological, an appetite suppressant may help.
136.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 1.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.3 lb a week
