I am feeling very uncomfortable due to my weight.
Tired, diaghram bothered by belly size, trouble bending to tie shoes; loose breath because of belly pressing on diaghram.
Worried about heart and arteries because of my size and age.
Can jog but is hard and need to walk after 10 min or so before starting again. Mostly sedentary but jog or work around house on weekends.
Eat too many sweets and too large of portions.
Eat late at night 9 or 10 and snack right before going to bed.
Snack on sweets between arriving home at night and eating late dinner; probably eat enough calories before dinner to equal a meal.
Have dieted several times before, loose 10 to 30 pounds then gain it all back plus.
