feeling incredible. have learned though that i would rather workout at night or in the evening. seem to have more drive then. it is harder to keep going in the morning. but sometimes thats the only time to get it done. oh well, i have made it into the 260's !! and that was my small goal. every 10 lbs... here we go...come on 50's!
269.2 lb Lost so far: 2.8 lb.    Still to go: 89.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
