Survived eating at a burger place last night for a social gathering. Planned ahead with my calorie count, did the quarter lb w/ no cheese and wheat bun, skipped the fries. Daily weight has been fluctuating, largley due to water I believe. Should see another drop in a couple of days based on where I've been charting. Today will be Chest & Back Day with heavy weights and then nice extended cardio. Unsure if I'm biking or running today. Just logged a 17.38% body fat with calipers. Hadn't really been logging so that will be a baseline and I'll track from there. Single digits here I come.
207.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
