misterbee's Journal, 28 June 2017

Finally finished the current job, just had my last McDonalds for lunch, a double mac, no cheese, for a while I reckon anyway, as I won't be back in that area for a wee while.

So will have more choices when caught short on time or called out on short notice, looking forward to a sleep longer than 4 hours too.

Cat decided I did not have to any more work this afternoon, so had an hour off...

Hope everyone has had a great day...

Beautiful puss and absolutely flat out, what it is about keyboards and cats I have never fathomed, mine will do anything to trot across and cause chaos. I have never liked Macci Ds luckily but offer me a Whopper with cheese and I'll bark like a seal if asked. I limit myself to two burgers a year and, generally, manage to stick to it - I am a freak though, I love salad . . .

I like BK too, and salad...I have been visiting McD to be honest cos where I was situated, it was the only place to eat in, for cheap money (had some vouchers) within walking distance...It was all quite good value...My buddy brought some sandwiches he had bought from the shop on the way over, they looked pretty nice, salmon and something and ham and egg salad or something like that, and was doing the usual ignorant, food snob, burgers are crap nonsense food, you should eat proper food, haha, and I said yeah maybe, but they are no less 'proper' than your sandwiches, and sometimes I do and sometimes I don't, but then on balance my double hamburgers, have got the same or fewer cals, less fat, less carbs, more protein and cost less than 1 of your sarnies...mmm, who's been done and got the wrong end of the stick I wonder...haha...it was a good 2-3 days, long, but productive and positive...Yeah, the cat is crazy...He likes to be in charge...

It's the fries and onion rings that go with the burgers I have to avoid, that's my main motivation not to go in! And you are right about bought sandwiches, so full of calories it's shocking. I had a Boots sandwich from the airport a few weeks ago and, had I closed my eyes, wouldn't have known what it was it was so awful. Cats are always in charge - dogs have owners, cats have servants - know your place!

Yeah, don't usually bother with onion rings, and often will not bother with fries and if the deal comes with fries, I sometimes ditch em or share em, and sometimes eat some...can live without em though quite happily...Don't usually have other extras either like shakes, ice creams, fried pies, and generally will have a large tea to drink unless it is really hot then I have water and a coke zero or something like that...Yeah cat, he is a super cat, very interactive, or should that be bossy, and a great character, had him just over 13 years now, along with his brother, got em from the CPL, they are getting a bit older and crankier now, sleep all day and then cause me havoc at night...
