Well I'm back after a food eating frenzy for over a week. I actually was able to lose 2 lbs.I really was trying to control my intake and actually did not eat sweets well maybe 1-2 taste portions ?? haha, I was not able to chart do to time frame's, but should be back to charting on a daily basis.
201.0 lb Lost so far: 226.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 27 June 2017:
1052 kcal Fat: 61.22g | Prot: 98.74g | Carb: 28.37g.   Breakfast: Half and Half Cream, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds). Lunch: Tuna in Water (Canned), Ken's Steak House Tableside Caesar Dressing, Calavo Avocado, Earthbound Farm Organic Baby Arugula, StarKist Foods Solid White Albacore Tuna in Water. Dinner: Pero Family Farms Mini Sweet Peppers, Costco Italian Sausage Links, Italian Rose Fresh Cilantro Salsa, Costco Rotisserie Chicken Breast Meat, Costco Rotisserie Chicken. more...

I JUST DONT KNOW HOW U DO IT IN UR PROFESSION...I MYSELF AM AN EXCELLENT CULINARY MASTER--NOT LIKE U BUT----IF I SUCKED AT COOKING ID HAVE LESS TEMPTATIONS...AND U MY FRIEND ARE A MASTER AND SHOUD HAVE TEMPTATIONS NOT MANY HUMANS WOULD BE ABLE TO AVOID!
