WTF???? I had dinner at Texas Roadhouse ONCE and I gained 2.6 lbs???
179.6 lb Lost so far: 16.2 lb.    Still to go: 34.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

2601 kcal Fat: 80.16g | Prot: 105.23g | Carb: 260.49g.   Breakfast: Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt, Strawberries, Cream (Half & Half), Coffee. Lunch: michelob ultra, vinaigrette, goat cheese, salad, 14" Cheese Pizza (Thin Crust). Dinner: coors light, moscato, lo mein, shrimp & broccoli, cooked white rice, general tso. Snacks/Other: pretzels, cookie dough dip. more...
