Good day today, haven't been super hungry. Had a burger with all the toppings no top bun, and pasta salad with fat free italian, black olives and feta. I think I'm going to ditch the "low carb" idea and instead just try to eat healthy while cutting as many sugars out and some carbs out as I can. It's important to be happy while getting thinner, so I'm not going to stress myself out too much as I go.
188.2 lb Lost so far: 5.8 lb.    Still to go: 38.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Paigesion, Yes, you need to feel Happy while getting thinner, and not stress, It actually took me a few months to get on a WOE that would best suit my needs and something I can live with and still produce some kind of weight management...Good luck on your journey

Thank you I'm focusing on my goals right now, those being having limited specific intakes of certain nutrients like my trans and sat fat, carbs, sugars, cholesterol, and sodium. While also striving to meet goals on intake of potassium, fiber, and mono and polyunsaturated fats. I'm going to see if just eating a healthy balanced diet within a calorie limit will work for me. Crossing my fingers! Also starting a light workout routine soon, dreading that😧...but also excited!
