Well this chicken was delicious!! Out of a rating of 1-10, I give it a 10. Very tasty and moist. I did add onions to mine (just calculated them separately from the recipe I entered). I know you can 'steal' the entry off my dinner page from today, but if you want the recipe it's at this link: http://www.genaw.com/lowcarb/easy_cheesy_chili_chicken.html I didn't have any Cayenne, so left that out.
