So today I have decided to kick my coffee and dairy habit .. I notice even though I have changed my overall diet and I feel better but the more I keep coffee and the dairy like cottage cheese that I'm wanting to eat when I shouldn't.. The caffeine from the coffee is making me have headaches because I have cut myself back but still drinking it every morning and sometimes at night... I had no idea that the caffeine from the coffee or the cottage cheese could cause my cravings and make me crave thing's... I have been doing so much research because I want to know why my body is doing these thing's when I eat or drink certain things so today is the last day I implement these items into my diet and now start detoxing from them .. Next week I'm going to start a 10 day juicing fast to really give my body a good overhaul.... All the research I have been doing these past week's have given me a way different outlook on clean and healthy eating, even for my daughters
