I think I will have to wait until I menstruate to see my basal body temperature. When I go to do my Tae Bo tape, I don't have a lot of energy. I feel unsteady when i wake up, and I haven't gone to the bathroom in 3 days. I have not been steady on my feet until this afternoon. I need to have lab work done on July 14th; hopefully, it will show my problems. I am thinking about switching to desiccated thyroid, but need to talk with my specialist first. I think I would do better on it and I might have some energy.
