Haven't weighed in in a while, heck I haven't been around much...last week left Tuesday to go to St Helena for an Orthopedic appointment at Coon Joint replacement institute at Adventist Hospital Napa valley (no I didn't "do" wine tasting, it was a focused trip, no side tracks)on Wednesday then spent several days driving around...just driving and thinking.
I heard back from them just before writing this entry, I am scheduled for surgery on 21 august, 20-17 then go into skilled nursing for a bit (since I have NO ONE at home and they don't want me being alone for a few weeks after (yah, extra expenses...).
Can't help thinking this much progress after 6 six years of being like this(and 24 years of other remnant damages I'm coping with) HAS TO HAVE A CATCH...WHATS GOING TO SLAP ME DOWN NEXT? (like Wiley coyote just as he reaches for the roadrunner that boulder from last scene every one forgot about rolls over him from stage left).
