WOW, dropped 1 1/2 lbs from following my hubby's liquid diet - only thing I'm concerned with is, will I gain that back instantly when I start eating food again? I did eat a little food yesterday: 1 banana, 2 yogurts, 3 protein shakes and 4 strawberries. Yeah, that's not much in the way of solid food, is it? Today I'll be eating at work, I just don't want to eat in front of him at home. He was REALLY struggling this morning, but I reminded him that it's for the surgery, and he really HAS to do this! Of course he's lost some weight, too - almost down to 241, which means he's lost about 20 lbs since he signed up for the surgery. He believes that, without the surgery he'll crumble and binge, and gain it all back. Been there, done that myself. Keeping the weight off is the hardest part. Here's to maintenance!
143.5 lb Lost so far: 7.5 lb.    Still to go: 8.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
