Hermiones Mom's Journal, 25 June 2017

A bit of an odd eating day. I had to go to a birthday party for a baby cousin, and I knew I wouldn't get anything to eat and would have ot stand around watching people stuffing themselves with things that would make me terribly sick. I brought a few things with me -- a Luna bar and some crackers. So I'm probably going to total up higher than I'd like, but at least I didn't eat birthday cake or cookies or anything else I shouldn't. So I'm pleased by that at least. Back on track tomorrow.

Nice job planning ahead. You avoided a lot of sugar, but were still there to celebrate baby cousin's birthday. :)
