4:30 1st meal of the day. (Low appetite day on keto) Trader Joe's Indian Palak Paneer with extra 1/4 cup mozzarella on top. 9 net carbs with the extras. 8 grams of fiber! Heavenly spices! Very filling. 530 calories incl cheese.
