Fell off the wagon with camping friends, too much wine and too many sourdough hotcakes, pancakes and pies, sigh. I react so quickly to starch that one is too many for me these days, especially as I have very little exercise. Last week I began the Lillie Ross souper soup diet. I swapped out meals for blended vegetable smoothies instead of using the soup itself as it is more interesting to change it around each time. When space and time are a problem I make a batch of soup and use the microwave to reheat it from the fridge. Adding fresh mint really lifts it too. We are camping at our own vacant house so there is some exercise going up and down stairs to the bathroom and wandering shopping centres. I love the motorhome but some movement is essential. Just one week at a time on this plan then back to something less restraining like LCHF or Paleo. My birthday is September and I plan to be under 80kg.
