Was not bad I am getting used to eat to my hunger during the day but at times sugar is a need fixed so I made a batch of real whipping cream with lemon flavor and divided it in different containers and put it in the freezer to used as ice cream. delicious - it is marked how many grams per container so this is a easy fix.
164.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
