COMING TO TERMS...good sunday morning..coming to terms with the scales not showing losses like it once did..i was talking to my friend that rides a bike like me for the enjoyment.i told him i wasnt seeing the scales show me losses like it once did..nothing new really...an this is his response...he told me that riding the 80-100 miles an or more hopefully as time goes on..is decreasing the fat an that the fat if being replaced with muscle..muscle weighs more..an that as long as i stick to my healthy eating habits..more toned me..less inches in all the right places is what im striving for..he also told me that hes noticed that i look better now then hes ever seen me looking..guess all that riding is paying off..good thing i enjoy it as much as i do..makes it easier to do it day in and day out..he also told me that im obsessed with the scales..nothing new there either..yes im a scales addict..and that checking it once a week would be fine..since im more into my healthy habits now then i was say 6 months ago..hard to break old habits when your use to getting on scales every morning to see the results..but one im trying to break..

i sold him a extra jar of the bodyTech Creatine and Glutamine w Beta Al - Unflavored...last night was first time in a week hes had the time to get on his bike an ride..when i talked to him this morning...he kept going on about how amazed he was at the energy level he had by mixing one protein shake an one scoop of the creatine for a workout..im always trying something new..an if i see results..im more then happy to pass them along to anyone thats looking for a better performance workout...my nutritionists was the one that told me about it..she does high intensity workouts an suggested i use it to help my muscles recover faster..one use an i was sold..well worth the 18 dollars at amazon..its a little jar..BUT..it lasts for a month if you use it every day an longer if you dont...for me ..im a regular user..so when i last ordered..i stocked up on it...lol..

well yesterday i took day off from riding..an me an neighbor cleaned rest of tree limbs up from in front of 3 other neighbors besides his an mine..he hauled off 7 pickup loads of limbs..i had 6700 steps from the workout..an a different workout then riding..plan to take today off as well...let my legs have some much needed rest...then tomow il be back at it..have bike on trainer an will be on zwift in the morning getting my ride in...was 57 here this morning at 6am..suppose to be 55 or so next 4 mornings..so just gonna be doing inside riding until weather warms up once again in the weeeee morning hours that i normally ride..

well coffee/protein is gone..almost 7am..need to prep again this morning..didnt get alot of it done yesterday..played lazy for first part of day...was busy other part..

HAVE A GREATTTTTTTTTTT SUNDAY...KEEP AT IT...

Agree with the thought of weighing in once a week, it will come off with hard work , no sense in driving yourself crazy daily . My thought 7 weigh - ins, will still yield your weekly weigh - in, as long as your staying true to your workout and diet routine. Also I agree with the thought that lean muscle mass might not show the true number that you see on the scale, but I'll take increasing muscle over extra fat any time. Keep up the great work, your an inspiration 😉
