FIGURING IT OUT..goood saturday morning..woke up at 2am to make a bathroom release..as i got back into bed an started to cover up..i decided to turn off the alarm on my phone..decided today would be a day off from peddling and putting miles on bike today..when i woke again was 410am..actually slept in today..didnt wake up tired like usual..wasnt in a hurry to get ready an head out the door..was kinda nice for a change..usually im still trying to get my miles in for the week..kinda nice for a change to have my miles..

been doing a comparison of last months riding compared to this months riding as far as miles..last month rode lower miles but put more time in riding to get my mileage..this month so far..rides have been longer..more miles..an more time riding longer rides..increasing more miles in a month..with my figuring from yesterday..should be over 100 extra miles this month over last month..

break down..my whole body is getting stronger from riding..the creatine is helping to build my muscles so im not as tired as i was..found a cleaner whey protein that cuts more sugar an carbs out of my food menu..so im eating cleaner still..cutting my carb intake an cutting the sugar has also took care of cravings..increasing my protein intake has helped with hunger when my tummy is telling me its time to eat..instead of being on a schedule..

we as humans..get into a schedule habit..or at least i use to be..i thought i had to eat at a certain time..even though my body didnt need food yet..no wonder i gained the weight..i mean that wasnt the only reason..eating the processed easy to make food also contributed to the extra weight..yes..its harder to eat a healthier lifestyle..but like most things that are better for you its always a harder path to take..an like most things..its also the most rewarding..

cooler morning temps until thursday morning..so might be putting bike back on trainer..and using zwift for several days..a break from riding outside and at same time finding out how the creatine an protein helps my riding inside..

WELL COFFEE/PROTEIN IS GONE..ONCE AGAIN..gonna prep today since im taking day off..even though id rather be riding..clean bike up for a week of riding..maintance on the bike..prep food ahead..just a day of catching up on it all...

Love your attitude...and I think that after reading all your pluses...I will take my bike out for a spin this afternoon....of course, it is an older Schwinn so there won't be miles but just some good exercise.

For me..getting on my bike ..doesnt seem like a workout..its a slower form of getting from point A....to point B....and a lot of mornings my body tells my brain...im only gonna do a 5-10 mile ride...but once I start riding..i get more into the enjoyment of it all...alot of times..i do my best thinking while riding...good place to figure stuff out...
