I began the Adkins program on 2/6/12. The induction phase was a little difficult at first, but I did notice a loss in weight during the first week. Then came week two and I am not sure what happened. I gained almost all of the weight that was lost the previous week. Tuesday was my birthday and I totally forgot all about net carbs, calories and fats. However, come Wednesday morning i got back on track. Also, it was suggested I continue on the induction phase for another week or two. Then I was introduced to this site via some fellow Atkins members, this morning. I am hoping this will give me edge and tools needed to maintain the course with Atkins.
