Started mid January on a 500 cal a day diet with one cheat meal on Saturday . Started at 277 and I am down to 214. Started this without my General practitioners approval, saw her two weeks ago she didn't have a problem with it.She knows I can't be as active as I used to be. To me this is very difficult . I know this was probably a drastic measure to take but this was the only way I knew how to do it. Only have 29 pounds to go, what a trip it's been. Just had to get that off my chest.
