I have gone for whole foods, grains and more fruits and vegetables... Eliminated processed foods, processed sugars, processed carbs, bread carbs, wheat, pasta carbs, corn, Eggs and dairy, sugary drinks and 90% of my meat intake is none existing because of all the hormones and antibiotics are in all the meat we consume... Pork, chicken ,processed meat and red meat all cause more health issues and harm to our bodies that a lot of us aren't aware of... I have implemented a plant based protein diet and that has become 80 to 90% of my daily diet... I have started noticing my health get better, sleeping better, clear skin, better sleep, more energy, better mood and I can focus at work... It's easy to let our diet slip and before we know it ,we have gained weight and we get discouraged.. I know that since I have started eating like this that I will not go back to eating animal protein... I have much more to share if anyone would like to ask... I was on the verge of diabetes and having thyroid issues because of my weight and all the health and mental health issues... I have now lost 170 lbs and have maintained it for 5 years even though the gained 30 over the summer but I went right back to what works for me and I'm back on track and feeling amazing... Everyone here is doing awesome and you should be proud
