I'm still tired from not sleeping enough, but I did sleep a little bit more last night. I also ran out of shirataki noodles last night... which means I'll be eating more cereal, frozen veggies, and oatmeal until I head back to the store... I love shirataki noodles!
230.8 lb Lost so far: 0.2 lb.    Still to go: 55.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
