Looks amazing. I could eat this, everything but the carrots. I can't have veggies grown below the ground on my diet. But that's just me.

Yes, the cabbage was the packaged cole slaw mix, so it had carrots, but as you can see very few. You could make your own by just shredding green cabbage. I also chopped up an ounce of vadallia onion and put a tablespoon of soy sauce in it. I used boneless beef ribs and cooked them ahead in the broiler (about 4 minutes each side of the meat). this made for the meat to be medium to medium-rare, because I was cooking it more when I sliced it and added it to the slaw/soy mixture in the pan.

Oh, I LOVE simple and whats more simple than done for me ROF...Need a few carrots for my eyeballs (getting bad lol) so that's a bonus (for me) I so need to try this looks simple, yummy and good for me
