I've been on the weight roller coaster since I had my first child, almost 17 years ago. Since then my high weight has been 282 and my low has been 145 (5'8"). I'm starting over again and this time it needs to stick because I'm sick of the limitations and annoyances associated with obesity. My first goal is to lose 40 lbs by Christmas. Back on the wagon! 🤗
272.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 92.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 21 June 2017:
1144 kcal Fat: 25.84g | Prot: 54.57g | Carb: 176.29g.   Breakfast: General Mills Kix Cereal, Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk, 2% Fat Milk. Lunch: Kikkoman Teriyaki Sauce, White Rice, Broccoli, Omaha Steaks Beef Top Sirloin Steak (4 oz). Dinner: Dannon Light & Fit Greek Yogurt - Strawberry Cheesecake, Kraft Macaroni & Cheese as Packaged. Snacks/Other: Fiber One Salted Caramel & Dark Chocolate Bar. more...

It will make you feel more energized and good

I'm a person of convenience so I'm more inclined to walk/run around my neighborhood or use a workout video. I had a lot of success with interval running in the past. Driving to a gym and being around people is too much of a deterrent for me.
