OK---I keep starting to exercise and diet and then lose interest. I need to do this for me! I don't feel sexy and I have no energy. I just got engaged a few months ago and I am ready to lose weight and look great for our wedding.
138.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

The losing interest thing hit me pretty good for a while. I had originally lost around 25 pounds and gained it all back with fast food. Now i have lost 20 again and have 30 to go. Small goals kept me motivated. Finishing a mile in x amount of time or how many miles to complete walking etc. Stay engaged and find good music!!! I ended up getting a gym membership and buying a treadmill for the house off craigslist so I have zero excuses now. You can do it!!!!
