Went to the gym this morning with my boyfriend. We are going to start going 3 times a week. I am still feeling awesome since adding carbs back into my diet. I just wish this carb bloat would go away. I really need to start drinking more water and hopefully that will help. I hope everyone has a great week! 😊

Do some research into what they call Carb Cycling.

I actually have done carb cycling in the past. It worked really well when I did it but it made my cravings for anything and everything sweet out of control. It worked amazingly for weight loss though. 😊

I've found that drinking water directly out of the bottle helps encourage me to drink. I know that at my weight I need to drink 5 16.9 ounce bottles per day. I start the first bottle right after my coffee in the morning and aim to be on my 3rd bottle by lunch time. Using the bottles I can track where I am on the day.

I have found that taking a cinnamon supplement helps curb cravings for sugar. Also chromium helps curb my cravings for carbs.

Carb bloat for me tends to last 3+ days even when I do a lot of exercise, almost not worth eating the carbs but they do give you energy that you need.

you might be eating the wrong carbs. if your bloating it not because of " carbs . it because of the type of food combinations you are having. or simple answer. the carbs u are eating suck. constantly and consistently eat carbs that are high in fiber and low in fat.
