I have shown a gain of 3/4lbs this week I am really getting despondent now as I have been so good. oh well keep going and I might show a loss next week this last stone is getting really difficult to move but I must remember I have lost 3st. so mustnt lose heart.

Hi Sylvia,
I find in this warm weather I tend to suffer with a touch of water retention which plays havoc with the scales and as soon as it cools I'm fine.....don't give up!!! TTFN MM x
