At this point I feel like I am going down soooooo sloww it is incredible. I guess I will have to up the exercise but this is difficult . let me think how I can do this.
166.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
