Started kickboxing class twice a week last week. I think I'm losing fat and gaining muscle maybe.
150.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.5 lb a week

Yes the muscle will cause some weight gain but the inches lost should be much more noticeable. Once your body adjusts to the muscle gain you will start to lose weight again. Get fit Baby!

Kickboxing is awesome. I did it a few years ago (before I had kids). If you stick with it, you will see noticeable improvement in your energy as well as your toning. It's a great cardio workout.

I've done this class years ago for a while. IT was great! Best I felt. Should have thought to get back into it a while ago.
