So typical! i did really well yesterday and then totally fell off the wagon today! don't even want to know what i'm going to weigh in the morning! :( argh! let's hope the dancing was enough...
132.1 lb Lost so far: 0.9 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
