I need to refocus. I haven't been logging my food and my lack of progress shows it. With the hot weather, I've been eating more popsicles. That may be part of what is stopping the progress. Without logging, I can't tell. Another factor is that I'm having lunch with friends more frequently. I really don't want to stop that, so I need to choose wisely.
130.2 lb Lost so far: 8.8 lb.    Still to go: 7.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
