Suppose this makes sense after losing so much last week, that wasn't sustainable. Still feels like it should have been more than 1.6 lbs psychologically after eating such small portions. This diet has me eating about 1200-1300 calories a day, which for me is about a 700 calorie a day deficit, which would work out to losing about 1.5 lbs per week, so I guess it's right.

On the positive side, I'm not nearly as hungry all the time as I thought I would be. Negative side, despite what I've been told, Nutrisystem food really isn't that good... And what the heck is with all the chocolate?!

Really miss the Turbo Shakes from week 1, I'm going to have to eventually buy more of those.
