I have to start over, I as doing so well and fall off. I started eating whatever I wanted and stoped working out. I let the reast of my life take control and let my physical health fade to the waSTE side. I m make on it started back yesterday, I will not fail.
193.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
gaining 0.3 lb a week
