No change this week. Well, no wonder! I'll I've been doing is driving a tractor around and around in a field. I also fell on my left knee really bad Wednesday night. Yesterday it really hurt to bend going up or down stairs. Today things are better but still sore.
184.4 lb Lost so far: 17.6 lb.    Still to go: 20.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
