I always weigh myself Sunday mornings and yesterday's weight showed no loss. Got on the scale this morning and down more than a pound! 154.2! Oh well, I hope I can hang on to it for next Sunday!

Diet Calendar Entry for 20 February 2012:
1358 kcal Fat: 73.45g | Prot: 77.83g | Carb: 99.23g.   Breakfast: Donut Holes, Blueberries, cottage cheese, apple, half and half, coffee. Lunch: baby spinach, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, fresh express leaf green romaine, hannaford turkey breast, Feta, kens buttermilk ranch dressing. Dinner: chicken drumsticks, Asparagus, butter, White Flour, olive oil. Snacks/Other: hershey kiss, graham cracker. more...
