Ok crazy weather - rain forever and then a heat wave, today is the only normal day for a while. My head is killing me though. Migraine! The AC dehydrates me and then I get all hungry for things that give me a headache so: none of the following for me! Avocado, alcohol, bacon, vinegar, onions, white bread, white rice, berries, ham, beans, citrus including lemonade, cheeses, chocolate, maybe dairy, diet soda, wheat products like gravy or breading. That leaves: steak, chicken, sweet potatoes, oatmeal, and broccoli.
