My sisters and I started the Daniel Plan 3 weeks ago. Compared to the way we were eating we have made some drastic changes. However we have not followed it 100% to the tee of the way it is designed. I still am drinking coffee, eating some bread and putting store-bought salad dressings on my salads. I am thrilled with the way that I am never hungry between meals on this program. Ever!
203.2 lb Lost so far: 1.8 lb.    Still to go: 53.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
