I had my breakfast ready, seated at my desk slowly consuming both my breakfast and the information this site provided, through journal entries and the food database, which has impressed me with it's vastness.

After much deliberation, I decided to use my time productively and so I got ready for some exercise.

I was always very conscious of my build, both height and weight, and with with my personality quirks... Well, I can't say I've ever had the confidence to workout in public and so, I workout at home.

Once I've gotten the air thrumming with musical energy; after stretching carefully, I won't repeat that mistake again. Not stretching before exercising and had my entire body black-and-blue... well, it definitely felt black-and-blue; I began my exercise. The workout was quite fast paced, my heart raced, my body all but struggled to keep up with my determination.

Perhaps I should have expected a complication.

I felt slight dizziness towards the end of my first set, that should have been my clue but I ignored my light-headedness and continued. I started my second set and vertigo struck like a bolt of lightning. Unfortunately, that was the end of my exercise session. Though I can't say I am entirely disappointed. I did get some exercise done.

For the rest of the day my appetite was non-existent and I had a constant headache.
