so yeah a 5lb weight increase over 2/3 months thats not bad but defo not good so i have a total of 80lbs to lose, here we go! I know the damage, now to put things into action!
214.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 79.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
