Well, here's the first day of starting this new way of eating. I had tried the HCG Diet, and lost about 45lbs, but it came back pretty fast. I tried to do it again to lose the weight I gained back, but it was very hard the second time around. So, I want to try this one now and see if this makes a difference. It's not as restrictive on food, and I think this will work better for me.
I promised myself that this would be a time of change for me. On Feb 2nd of 2012, my life came tumbling down. I was devastated. All I can say is that I loved our marriage, and was happier than I have ever been in my life. She just didn't want "us" anymore. Although I just don't understand, I respect her wishes. I did fight for us, but it wasn't enough anymore. I wish I could understand, but I guess I'll never know. All I can do now is try and pick up the pieces and learn from this experience and incredible journey. She was my life, my best friend, my lover, and my penguin. I will never stop loving her, but life will go on.
I've chosen to take care of myself, and put my self in the best possible shape I can. I want to be healthy, strong and extremely fit. I've been stagnant and sedentary way too long in this life. It's time for a new beginning and life.
