Know what's really frustrating? Seeing only 3 lbs lost when you KNOW you started over without officially starting over and now there's no way to fix it. I would really like to see that weight loss as an "atta girl." Instead, it's a reminder that I failed miserably. Then again, I'm "back where I started" and fighting to stay here. (see previous journal entry) Another week of let's just grab dinner out... Thank God I'm paying attention. I just have to be patient and wait him out. I'm trying to make better choices when it happens. I'll figure it out...
