10st 8.4 Fat 25.6% no WW & works scales again a measly 200g so maybe won't bother with them again! And I felt ok about it anyway cos I knew I was tracking and making the effort to be better, and the home Sat weigh ins were showing the results I wanted, so I didn't let it dishearten me. But gaining today was very disappointing, I had hoped for a hat trick of losses! But on the plus side, after a day at the cinema, it did force me out for a walk, altho that was hard work after first badminton game in many months has left me feeling like I've been steamrollered! And I was playing against a cardiac rehab patient with diabetes and rheumatoid arthritis who wants to get fitter - I don't think I acquitted myself very well, I was aghast at how unfit I have become so quickly!
148.4 lb Lost so far: 30.6 lb.    Still to go: 16.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
