I made it through my first plateau. Was stuck for about 4 weeks. No loss, gain two, lose the two, gain two, lose one...finally, I got past my sticking number and lost one MORE to finally get my weight loss total up to 30 pounds. Started in late October...lost good almost every week until about 4 weeks ago...but measurements told me it wasn't an official 'stall', so that was good news.
I knew the plateau would come and know that there will be more, but happy to see the scale begin to move again...a pound a week, would be good enough for me.

Diet Calendar Entry for 15 February 2010:
