BMI is now 31 neat. Dropped from 41.7 September 20 last year. once I'm under 30 I will no longer be in the obese range. Just a few kilos to go till then. My next goal is getting closer. 70kg. According to my HD weight APP it estimates the first week in August based on my previous weight loss records. I had originally aimed for October so I'm stoked. One day at a time. Stay focused. And never give up. You're worth it. 😊
168.4 lb Lost so far: 42.5 lb.    Still to go: 14.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
