Trying for the last few days to eat less during the day (e.g. grapefruit segments, yogourt,hard boiled egg, banana, orange juice) & have my usual dinner at supper time.
Optimal word here is trying.

Still have 20 Chunky kitkat in my pantry from the end of January.
235.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 85.6 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
