Last week I was only one pound down, but I was sick with a cough and cold that left me with four lousy nights sleep in a row. This week I was another four pounds down, so it's back to that pretty rapid weight loss. I'm now quite sure I will continue to BELOW 220, but I'm not so sure ( or particularly concerned ) about specific number goals anymore. I'm just going to keep on going until I feel reasonably fit and trim again.
234.0 lb Lost so far: 56.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1835 kcal Fat: 101.36g | Prot: 164.36g | Carb: 82.20g.   Breakfast: Coffee with Cream, Baby Spinach, Celery, Hellmann's Mayonnaise with Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Light Tuna Fish (Drained Solids In Water, Canned). Lunch: Red Sweet Pepper, Mixed Salad Greens, Red Cabbage, Ideal Protein Sea Salt & Vinegar Crisps. Dinner: Cooked Turnip (Fat Added in Cooking), Pork Chops (Center Loin, Bone-In, Cooked, Broiled). Snacks/Other: Hard-Boiled Egg, Gouda Cheese, Mastro Genoa Salami, Good Sense Raw Sunflower Seeds, Ideal Protein Double Chocolate Brownies. more...
