Slowly losing again but a loss is better than a gain. I still have days where I completely crave everything and anything but I am getting better at ignoring them. I still wise the weight would just fall off and I could add some sweets back into my diet (trying not to have them now because I binge on them) but I know its one day at a time and it took me 35 years (I was skinny before then) to put this much weight on so its gonna take me a couple of years to take it off.
214.2 lb Lost so far: 15.8 lb.    Still to go: 34.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.6 lb a week
