Very discouraged because although I did not eat the best of foods I still stayed low cal....and have gained. I only loose weight every other week and have no idea why....ahhhhggggg! I know its part of being a woman and I am loosing well on the other weeks but I want to be loosing that way every week!

Honestly, it might be your bodies losing cycle. You might just have to get used to it. Just watch your sodium and drink your water. You can always try to change up foods and exercise. But your chart has a downward spiral so you are doing something right.
