Today I start my Fast,all day I will have no calorie drinks and a bowl of consumme' soup, I talked with chattycathy about an idea. Up for your approval, or rejection or suggestions

I've been looking at the challenges and groups and they are all starting to repeat themselves, I was wondering what if we did something that eveyone could do and enjoy it too.
My idea came from the chocolate cake craving
what if we set up one day a week and call it CHOOSEDAY where we have everyone do is eat that craving that their having it could be ANYTHING! ( I'm thinking maybe if they can have it once a week they'll stay focused longer?)just as long as it's limited to 350 Calories and it's within their intake limits.It has be to be described in their journal that this is my chooseday food and it can be listed in food as chooseday food what do you think? Does it sound too hokey ? Is it just opening the door for Trouble? Or is it something we could handle?

I like this idea. I think that if we deprive ourselves completely from everything we enjoy that we are just setting ourselves up for failure. It's not like it's a free-for-all day. :) It has to be 350 or fewer calories and counted in our daily limit. What's the harm?

The door to trouble?I think it's all witin your state of mind.. I usually did 'my treat' once a week and within limits :) when I had lost 100 lbs previously and haven't so-much this time!!I think I may have to start 'treating myself' this time around :) A Mickey D's icecream cone (150 CAL) every Wed. DID IT for me! Mickey D's--here I come! :)

How did your day go? I hope you were able to accomplish your goals. I think it is better to plan your "treats" and binge on them later due to depriving yourself.

My day was good I'm not much of a binger I graze on smaller meals more times a day

It's an interesting idea. I think it trouble depends on the person and their particular place along the path to health. Good luck with it.

Hi Coach. I think the challenges are good incentive and people will join. I find I need to build my treats as I go along, and try to find recipes that "convert" into healthier choices. I think this site needs people like you who are successful, and willing to help others by making suggestions. Great work!

I don't know about that idea coach. I already had EVERYTHING yesterday and the day before, lol. Just kidding, (the 350 calories seems a bit low though). Anyway, good luck on your fast.
